At Nūd Theory, we want you to love your skincare—not second guess it. If something didn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.


💬 Can I return my order?

We accept returns or exchanges only in limited circumstances. Due to the custom printing and production of our products, once a bottle is printed and the product is produced, we are unable to offer refunds.


🔁 What’s eligible for return?

✅ Unopened items in original condition
❌Gently used products (no more than 25% used)
❌ Final sale items or bundles marked non-returnable
❌ Returns requested after 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for consideration for a return or exchange (where applicable), the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, opened, tampered with, or customized (such as personalized bottles) are not eligible for return.


💸 How do refunds work?

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.


🚚 Who covers return shipping?

We currently do not offer prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


📦 How do I start a return?

If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 11600 Ranchitos Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87122, United States with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the request. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

All returns should be sent to the following address:

Please include your RMA number and original receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

📷 My product arrived damaged. Help?

We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo of the damaged item at support@nudtheory.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund ASAP.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
